Ballon Padder:
The Main Body of Machine is fabricated from MS 12-mm plates. It is sufficient enough to with stand heavy load.
"10” Dia Hardened Rubber Roller is provided for effective squeezing of the Fabric.
Tray is fabricated from SS-304.
“J” Shape SS-304 feeding Tray.Fabric feeding Expander is running with the help of 0.5 HP Gear motor.
Rubber Roller is driven by 3 HP 1440 RPMAC Motor with Worm reduction gearbox Ratio 40: 1. & Frequency Variable Drive.
Platting device for unloading the fabric.
Air inlet holder for making balloon in the fabric, with flexible hose for easy operation.
Fully automatic electric & pneumatic panel for easy operation.
