- Compact design, all wetted parts are manufactured out of heavy duty stainless Stell AISI 316.
- Teflon coated basket for smooth movement of fabrics. It also prevents pilling and frictional damage to the fabric.
- SS Steel cast circulation pump with mechanical seal.
- Frequency control AC drive for accurate speed variation of Inner reel for different types of fabrics.
- High volume Lint filter, which is required for cotton and heavy GSM fabric.
- Magnetic level indicator.
- Over flow type nozzle gives maximum water flow with low pressure.
- Low Liquor ratio - 1:5 to 6. (It depends upon type of dry fabric weight)
- Maximum working Temperature - 143 Degree Celsius.
- Maximum working pressure - 3.5 kg/cm2
- Highly efficient heat exchanger to ensure quick heating & cooling.
- Fully automatic version with advance microprocessor control. (Optional / extra cost)
- Fill / Drain / Overflow Valves are automatic.
- Extra Service Tank with Starrier for salt for Excellent Dyeing results.
- Pre-Heating water storage tank reduce process time.
- Inventer Drive-on Main pump.
- Microprocessor based automatic dosing system for Dye & additives.
- Couple arrangement for Higher Capacity Machine.
- Seam Tracing device for unloading of the fabric.
