Reversing Out Filter Bag Centrifuge:
Reversing Filter bag (RF) Centrifuges are redesigned Peeler Centrifuges "peeling device (scrapping) is replaced by reversing of filter bag to
discharge the dried solids / cake. The basic operation is similar to
peeler centrifuges with added advantages like, No residual cake hence
no mixing if batches, The filter cloth is fresh on each feeding.
Solids/ Crystals structure is retained as scrapping is avoided. The
solids can be discharged in a closed system. Further, the centrifuge
drying efficiency can be increased by recirculating the inert gas with
intermediate drying/dehumidifying and preheating.
