Horizontal Basket Pusher Centrifuge:
Pusher Centrifuges are Horizontal Basket. Centrifuges applied
specifically to slurries with medium concentration (15-50% solid
contents) of solid, which are very easy to filter and are of 75 micron
or higher in size, and be retained on screens of 75 micron opening in
operation-the feed slurry get filtered out instantly on touching the
screen and the dried solids are pushed forward on stokes, along the
length of the basket, by the Pusher plate to be discharged out finally.
The solids can be washed along the basket and the basket can be made in
two-three stage to break the cake, and turn over the solids for better
washing & dryness. The centrifuges are offered with, Single /Double
/ Multi Stage / Double-End Discharge baskets.
